Am I a fit for this program?
While we welcome aspiring leaders at our other retreats, this retreat is specifically designed to create a shared experience for those currently or previously in leadership roles. This includes individuals in formal or informal leadership positions within businesses, organizations, or communities—such as CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs, founders, managers, and others responsible for guiding teams, shaping strategies, and making high-level decisions.
Benefits of Psilocybin for Leaders
Psilocybin may help individuals uncover their inner motivations, overcome mental barriers, and gain clarity in challenging situations. It also often fosters greater empathy—a vital trait for effective leadership.

“Single best investment I've made in myself, my family & my community... I did a two-journey experience… Coming out of the second experience I felt a deep sense of joy and gratitude again. I've maintained a pervasive sense of well-being and clarity that I thought I would never again. I was kind of scared to do this initially but so thankful I found the courage to and support to set my mind free.”

What to expect on an Odyssey Retreat

Contemplation
The serene environment of the weekend retreat provides the perfect opportunity for meaningful reflection and profound conversation.
Emotional Safety
Guided by skilled facilitators, participants open themselves to vulnerability and curiosity. Tears are not only welcomed but encouraged as part of the healing journey.
Intentionality
Our retreats are specifically designed for individuals navigating life’s challenges. While psychedelics may be used recreationally, very few attend our retreats with that intention, as our focus is on personal growth and healing.
Bonding
The intensity of shared experiences fosters deep connections among participants, creating a sense of community and understanding.

What Our clients say

The experience was profound, warm, and hope-inspiring. As someone with a number of psilocybin journeys under my belt, I found it refreshing and renewing to be able to experience psilocybin in a new way (2 back-to-back journey days) with the support of such a lovely & intimate group of facilitators and participants. The ratio of facilitators to participants was very good (3:5). I found all three of them to be very open, warm, trustworthy, and wise. I really enjoyed the meditations and group workshops they designed. They also made me feel very comfortable for the duration of my stay. I felt that, had I needed more support during my journey, they would have been very effective in supporting me that way.
