This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Odyssey PBC (“Odyssey,” “us,” “we,” “our,” or variants) collects and uses information about you through the Site, the mobile app (“App”), email, text, and other communications between you and Odyssey.

Odyssey provides managed services to independent natural medicine facilitators (“Providers”) under Colorado and Oregon law. Odyssey is not a provider group itself, has no ownership interest in any healing center or service center, does not have control over the policies or practices of the Providers and is not responsible for the quality of care provided by the Providers.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand Odyssey’s policies and practices regarding your information and how we use it. If you don’t agree with our policies, you are not permitted to use our Site or App. Therefore, by accessing or using our Site or App, you agree that you have read this Privacy Policy and you understand, and consent to be bound by, the terms and conditions herein. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will always strive to do our best and to work with third-party service providers that strive to do the same, but we cannot warrant or guarantee the absolute security of any Personal Information that may be transmitted to or from our Site or App. There is no guarantee that data may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. At Odyssey, we are committed to advancing the quality of care through ongoing research. As part of our efforts, we may use de-identified participation data to conduct research studies aimed at improving treatment outcomes and developing new natural medicine approaches. De-identified data means that all personal identifiers, such as your name, contact information, and any other details that could be used to identify you, are removed before the data is used for research purposes. This practice ensures that your privacy is protected while allowing us to contribute to the broader understanding of mental health conditions and treatment effectiveness.
- Use of AI for Charting and Data Management
To enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our services, Odyssey may use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for charting and data management. AI may assist our clinicians by organizing, summarizing, and analyzing patient information to support informed decision-making. While AI is used to optimize the charting process, all decisions about your care are made by our experienced clinicians, who review and confirm any AI-generated content. We prioritize your privacy and security in all our operations, ensuring that the use of AI tools complies with all applicable state and federal laws. Any data used in conjunction with AI technologies is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and care.
- Links to other sites
Our Site and App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or other resources not operated by us. Any information you provide to these parties is not subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please consult the privacy policies on these sites before you provide them with any of your Personal Information.
- Children under the age of 18
This Site and App are not for persons under the age of 18 (collectively, “Minors”). Minors are not authorized to use this Site or App, or to provide any information through the Site or App. We do not solicit or knowingly collect information from Minors, and if we become aware of any such information being collected, we will take immediate action to delete it. California residents are entitled to request and obtain from us once per calendar year

- Notice to residents of Nevada
If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information, including your name and mailing address, to third parties. We do not sell your personal information. If that were to change in the future, we will provide Nevada residents with a method to opt-out of those transactions.
- International users
We maintain information in the United States and in accordance with the laws of the United States, which may not provide the same level of protection as the laws in your jurisdiction.
